Ladies’ Sweaty Book Club

Join a small community of women in growing physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger in this 11 week workout and book club session. We will read & discuss the book - Living Fearless by Jamie Winship. Get your own copy and come prepared to discuss as we go through each chapter of this encouraging book. We will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. Come ready to get sweaty in workout clothes. Please bring separate/clean tennis shoes to change into, exercise mat, & water bottle.
